We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Square, e-transfer, Cash or Cheque on delivery.

Saucy Bottoms is dedicated to a high standard of customer service. We are more than happy to assist with any questions regarding the products we offer or your order. Our only goal is to make sure that you are not only happy with your purchase, but that you know how to use and care for it.

All Credit Card transactions are securely processed through PayPal.

Refund & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return your unused, unwashed items within 10 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the purchase.

All returns and exchanges must be received  in new condition, unused, unwashed with all tags and its original packaging intact, accompanied by proof of purchase.  Please contact us before you return or exchange any of the products you purchased. We require the following information to process an exchange or refund:

• Your name
• Your mailing address
• The date of purchase
• A description of products for return/exchange
• The reason for return/exchange

You must return the products within 10 days of purchase.  Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
